Beyond the surface… sorry for the pun.
Most commercials focus on top-of-funnel results like customer awareness. But in this case, we wanted to help differentiate Koi Fish USA to customers who were already on the website, doing their due diligence, searching for a supplier they can trust.
An authentic, branded-documentary style video like this has been shown over and over to help potential customers “feel like they know” the brand and build a deeper connection. Seeing the Koi Fish USA team on camera, hearing directly from the owner/founder, and witnessing happy, healthy fish firsthand provides a level of transparency and trust that static images and text can’t achieve.
